I navigate the complexities of being a codependent, perimenopausal, empathic psychologist with acquired ADHD, while married to a narcissistic, neurodivergent, technology-loving teacher-pastoral counselor. These very personal struggles have enhanced my professional perspective, allowing me to connect with clients through shared experiences and empathy.
