This model is designed for individuals seeking holistic, relationship-centered support through our Collaborative Care Direct approach.

Direct access to your provider
- Personal phone number and email for timely support
- Reach out when you need care most, no gatekeepers
Flexible scheduling
- Book sessions in 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute increments
- Designed to fit your life, not the other way around
Complete confidentiality
- No third-party reporting or insurance involvement
- Your mental health information stays private and protected
Whole-Person Wellness
- Collaborative care with your primary doctor or chosen provider
- Integrated support for physical, emotional, and mental health
Plus 1 Relationship Support
- After 6 individual sessions, invite a loved one to join 1 session/month
- Up to 3 sessions annually at no extra cost
- Ideal for spouses, children, parents, or siblings
Walk & Talk Therapy
- Phone sessions while walking or moving
- Boosts physical and emotional wellness simultaneously
Spiritual Integration
- Optional faith-based support for those seeking spiritually grounded care
