What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards. In the client portal simply select your default method of payment for auto pay processing.

For Pay As You Go Partners

Cancellations requested 48 hours  or more prior to your appointment will not be charged a fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of your session cost.

Same day cancellations are charged 100% of your session cost.

No, Live Well by Dr SOS does not accept insurance, we are primarily a subscription based practice. All services are provided as self–pay.

Upon request, we will provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company, so that you can request reimbursement.

Please be aware that reimbursement varies amongst insurance providers. Live Well by Dr. SOS, LLC and its representatives make no guarantee that insurance providers will provide reimbursement for services rendered.

No, check-ins and subscription-based sessions do not roll-over or accumulate.

All sessions are set for auto payments. Auto payments will be charged on a per session basis for your full invoiced amount overnight following the day of your appointment between the hours of 12 AM and 2 AM eastern time.

All subscriptions services are set for auto payments. Auto payments will be charged on or about the 30th of each month between the hours of 12 AM and 2 AM eastern time.

Our providers will see ages 14 and up.

Our providers will see women, men, and couples. As part of our specialty couples will be seen by a provider couple, typically Dr. SOS and Min. Scott.
